GODWIN T. S. ADOKPAYE - CHAIRMAN
Mr Adokpaye holds a 1959 B.A. Honours degree in Classics from the University of Ibadan. He worked with Mobil Oil Nigeria plc from 1959 becoming, first, District Manager, Benin, in 1961 and then, successively, Retail Sales Manager, Commercial Manager and Sales Manager between 1968 and 1972. He was appointed General Manager in 1972 and in 1974, he was made Executive Director, before finally retiring from an executive position in December 1984. He is on the board of a number of other companies.

He was appointed to the Board of FCMB in 1984 and is currently the Chairman of the Bank’s Audit Committee. He is also the chairman of First Capital Trust Limited.

TITILAYO OLATUNDE – MD/CEO
Mr. Titilayo is a graduate of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (B.Sc. degree) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He has over the past 20 years gained wide experience in sectors like engineering, consulting, banking and Telecomms. He also has an MBA degree from IESE Business School, Barcelona. He has attended several courses locally and overseas like Columbia Business School and Harvard Business School. He is on the Board of Nigerian American Chambers of Commerce and a member of Institute of Directors (IOD).

ADE OGUNLESI - DIRECTOR
Mr. Ogunlesi is a successful entrepreneur. He manages Sofisticat Limited and Skin Beauty Limited, a successful manufacturing outfit in Lagos. He obtained his first degree from University of Lagos and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has over 20 years of experience in Business management.

HENRY JAMES SEMENITARI - DIRECTOR
Mr. Semenitari is an executive Director with first city monument bank plc where he is responsible for the commercial banking division of the bank.He has over 19 years banking experience in various areas including commercial and retail banking, corporate banking, operations and internal control. At various times he has worked for established banks such as Zenith Bank, Diamond Bank, UBA and Afribank. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Lagos and MBA from University of Navarra (I.E.S.E), Barcelona Spain.

FUNSO SOYOYE – DIRECTOR
Mr. SOYOYE is the Managing Director/ CEO of Global Haulage Resources Limited and sits also on the Boards of Ventures & Trusts Limited and Pebnic Ventures Limited.

Mr. Soyoye was, at various times, the Controller/Head of Finance for Nigerian Bottling Company (NBC Plc) and the General Manager overseeing its largest business unit. Prior to this, he was an expatriate in the countries of Europe & North Africa for the Procter & Gamble Company.He holds a Masters (M.Sc.) degree in Finance from the University of Lagos and a Bachelors degree (Upper Honors) in Business Administration from Ogun State University. He is an alumnus of Management Development Programs at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland & at the Management Centre Europe (MCE).

ABIODUN OKE
Biodun is a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University. An Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management, he has over 18 years experience in financial control and business management. He was the Finance Manager of one of Nigerian Bottling Company's largest plants prior to joining SWAP. He is the Chief Finance Officer of the company.

AHMED KHAN
Ahmed joined SWAP as Head of Network Operations & Managed Services, prior to SWAP he worked as GM Network Operations and Customer Services in Helios Towers Nigeria for almost 1½ year, he also have industrial and power management experience with Converters Nigeria Limited as a GM and 15 years of R&D experience in industrial control systems with Data Communication and Control and other companies in Pakistan, as the R&D project manager.

ANTHONY NWAGWE
Tony is a graduate of Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He has over 12 years experience in engineering operation and services. He is a member of various professional bodies. He has attended various Telecommunications training locally and abroad. Tony heads the company’s Engineering & Projects Unit.

NICHOLAS ARIYO
Nicholas is a graduate of Physics-Electronics from the University of Technology, Akure and holds MBA from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He has vast experience in cell site equipment and is a prolific sales executive. He also has experience in Information Technology and Communications engineering services. He has handled projects such as Turnkey cell site rollout, CDMA and TDMA operations. He has participated in several Information Technology and Telecommunications training and seminars in Nigeria and Dubai. He heads the company’s Sales Department.

OLONADE OLUSIJI MICHAEL
Siji is a graduate from Federal University of Technology Akure. He had his training with Balogun Badejo & Co. (Chartered Accountants) and joined TNT International Express in 2003 and where he rose to the position of Head Finance and later worked with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals as Finance Manager from where he joined SWAP Technologies and Telecomms Limited as Internal Auditor. He has over 8 years experience in Finance. He is also a member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He is now the company's Finance and Investment Manager.

BABAJIDE ODUNARO
Jide is a graduate of Business Administration from Lagos state University, with Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Floret Global University, Panama. He has over sixteen years working experience in Inventory Planning & Warehouse management with hands on MRP/ERP systems. He holds the certification of Certified Institute of Warehousing and Materials management. He has worked with GlaxoSmithKline Nigeria as Production Planner - Supply Chain, from where he rose to the position of Warehouse Manager in 2004. He heads the Logistics/Warehouse division of SWAP Technologies and Telecomms plc.

ESO ABAYOMI ADEYINKA
He graduated from the Federal Polytechnic, Offa with an HND Degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Diploma from Federal University of Technology Yola. Abayomi has 10 years experience in Transmission Line of Sight Survey, Planning & Design Implementation and Support of Transmission, GSM/CDMA and Project Management. He has Participated inseveral Project Management and Engineering Training in Nigeria and Canada

EKWUNIFE AZUBIKE RICHARD
Richard is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from University Of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the same University. He has over ten years experience in Telecommunication Project Implementation,Operation and Maintenance. He is a Member of various Professional Bodies e.g COREN, MNSE etc. He worked with Helios Towers Nigeria as a Regional Manager South South and South East prior to joining Swap.He is currently the Company`s Regional Manager.

CHIEMEKE MICHAEL AYAEGBUNEM
Chiemeke is a graduate of Mechanical / Auto-mechanics Technology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Management Nigeria. Chiemeke worked with Helios Towers Nigeria as Maintenance Supervisor from where he joined Swap Technologies and Telecomms Plc. He has over 10 years experience in Network Operations. He is the Company`s Regional Manager, Network Operations.

LAWRENCE ONYEMA
He is a graduate of Telecommunications Engineering (First Class Honours)from Federal University of Technology,Owerri and holds a Master`s Degree in Business Administration from Lincoln University of California,USA. He has over nine years working experience in the Telecommunication industry and Project management. His core competent areas cuts across transmission and radio network deployment (BSS, MSS, Microwave, DXX and DWDM), transmission and radio network optimization, Information Technology and Wireless Networks.
