Swap Associates Limited (SAL) is a diversified company incorporated in June 1996 that commenced operations in 2001 under a registered business name SWAP Technologies & Telecomms (which was later incorporated as a Liability company in 2003) to carry on business of trading and investment activities in various sector of the economy. SWAP has played a significant role in the telecoms sector in view of the opening up of the sector in 2001.

It has a mission ‘to create and maintain its selected clientele for life through quality products and efficient services using the right people, strategy and technology at the best possible price and to be a dominant player in our selected business field through global alliances’.

The company has been very consistent over the years in living up to her strategic thrust. SWAP has consistently differentiated itself as a first class organization as evidenced by its track record and corporate performance. Swap is diversifying into other sector of the economy in view of the recent economic reforms and privatization of public companies. It presently has four divisional subsidiaries. They are Swap Mobile Ltd, Swap Energy Ltd, Swap Engineering & Project and Swap Logistics Services.

The company is a member of Nigeria-America Chamber of Commerce (NACC), NUSA commercial Services and various professional organizations like Association of Telecommunication Companies of Nigeria and ALTDON.

The company has won several awards and recognition from her business partners in the Telecomms sector like VMobile (now Celtel), MTN and Globacomm.
