Are you a landowner who is interested in having a tower built on your property?

In general, SWAP Nigeria does not consider inquiries or submittals for individual land parcels. The locations where we build new towers are primarily determined by the needs of our wireless carrier customers. As we evaluate site locations across the country, we thoroughly research all available parcels and contact the respective owners for details on availability.

We will keep your information on file for future consideration and will contact you only if there is serious interest in utilizing your property.

If you have a real estate portfolio with multiple locations, we will review the offering against our database of wireless carrier siting needs. Please send your site information and description to SWAP.

Ownership Changes:

If you have sold the land where one of our towers resides or have assigned your lease to another person or entity, you will need to provide a copy of the Recorded Deed documenting the transfer, or a legal assignment of the lease and any associated rent payments. Address Changes

To change your address for rent payments and other correspondence, a written request must be submitted with the signature of our landlord of record. Requests must be sent to the address listed on our contact us page or send us an email at info@swap-ng.com.

**** Please include the site number(and/or addresses), name, along with your telephone number, on all correspondence. Note that your lease or management agreement may also require that formal notices be sent to additional addresses.
